Amanda M. Swain was born in Kewanee, Illinois. Ms. Swain graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in English in 2006 and from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with a J.D. (with highest honors) in 2009. While at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Ms. Swain was Note Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review, was a Comfort Scholar and was awarded a George B. Fraser Scholarship, Lou Wentz Scholarship, James F. Hawes Award and Nathan Scarritt Prize. Ms. Swain is a member of the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association (Tax Section). Ms. Swain is also a member of Order of the Coif. Ms. Swain represents clients in business transactions, estate planning and tax matters.
